- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
- Profile information. Details you provide in the Service, such as the department(s) you select during onboarding.
- Usage information. Basic technical and activity data such as pages viewed and actions taken, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Cookies & tokens. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and maintain your session.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to the Service;
- To personalize content, training, and playbooks based on your department(s);
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- To communicate with you about the Service;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Google Sign-In & Limited Use
We use Google OAuth to authenticate you. We request only basic identity scopes (your name, email address, and profile picture). Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service (e.g. hosting, authentication), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Nitra, our users, or the public.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to meet legal, security, or operational obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
