1. The Service
Nitra 🧠 is an internal knowledge, training, and enablement platform provided for use by authorized Nitra personnel and partners. The Service and its content are intended for internal business purposes only.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Access requires a valid account, which you obtain by signing in with an authorized Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;
- Share, copy, distribute, or disclose any content from the Service outside of authorized internal use;
- Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service;
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract content except as expressly permitted.
4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
The Service and all content within it — including playbooks, training materials, text, graphics, and software — are the property of Nitra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content may be confidential. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended internal purpose only. No other rights are granted.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services, including Google for authentication. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nitra is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
